Urges hit me pretty often, and sometimes it is hard to control them, indeed.However, I really feel increased amount of energy. I sleep very well, I can wake up more easily and I feel more refreshed too. Moreover, I don't waste my time for MB. Sometimes it is really extremely hard to refuse temptation, but I haven't failed yet! I am not sure if I should start waiting for an WD already... When I started, I said WD wasn't my main goal, but, despite that, I would really like to get one now, since I clearly understand, that I need to release and I feel that very well. Anyway, everything is going well. Hope for the best tonight

22 days!

I can't believe, that 8 days left until my main goal: 30 days without MB!!! I am doing well. I feel the urge, but it will not prevent me from AB. I have started dreaming a lot... I mean, when I sleep, I dream almost all the time. Moreover, every morning I remember the obvious fact, that I was dreaming, but it is really hard to tell what exactly I saw in my dreams. I am ready for the next week and I believe, that I will achieve my goal!

Day 23. I am doing great. The day seems to be easy, since I don't feel any urge to MB.

Day 24.

I am doing perfectly fine. I just ignore all the urges and keep myself busy. I don't really want to reset just before the finish, since I am getting closer to my goal. So, I hope for the best!

Day 25

To tell the truth, I was on the verge of relapse today. I really wanted to edge, but eventually decided, that it was better to stay away from "playing with fire". I was tortured a bit by the urges, but after a few hours they were gone.
At the moment I am full of energy, determined, confident and ready to complete this "30 days no MB" challenge!

Less than five days man! Keep up the great work!

Glad to inform, that situation is under control. I can feel the urges wanting to come back up, but I am not going to give up!

DAY 27

Another day passed very fast. I was pretty busy, so the idea of MB didn't come in my mind! Anyway, it could be that the hard day is yet to come!

DAY 28.

I am still on my path. I've been staying busy so I haven't had much temptation at all to MB. It is not always easy to ignore the urge, when it comes, but all depends on how determined we are!

So much time and still no wet dream? That's pity!

DAY 29

My initial goal is 30 days and I will make it. WD has never been as a main goal for me, even if I really expected to get one during the month. I wanted to quit MB, so that it wouldn't become a part of my daily routine. I am happy, that I managed to change my habits, and it doesn't mean that I am going to come back to MB immediately after 30 days are done. However, 1 day left. I still need to make sure, that I won't fail today!

Well, it has been a long time since you wrote that. No doubt it reads as if it was written by another person. We were young back then, lol. Kidding. Anyway, I didn't even reply back then. I think I simply forgot. Very late apologies for that!

Day 0/40

I've decided that it's time to start another journey towards a WD. A complete abstinence from pornography and masturbation does really help me to stay more productive and confident. I have noticed that quitting mb for some time makes me realize there is much more time to chase after "greatness" and make myself motivated, driven and determined.
What catches my attention is that the overall journey towards WD does feel great. It's an opportunity to set a difficult goal, try something new and take on a challenge that will test me. And what tests us, can only make us stronger, right?

I do believe that the taste of accomplishment will be sweet at the end... So let's begin with Day Zero and see what happens next.

Day 1/40

The very first day is always the easiest one. There is a long path to go, thus I hope the motivation will not fade away.
Day 1 went very well. I feel a bit tired, thus I am planning to hit the bed early.

Day 3

Apparently, days are passing by rather quickly. I keep myself busy, thus there is no room for any kind of thoughts that would result in uneceasary temptation. I noticed that due to modern life (rushing, being distracted from tasks,etc) it becomes harder to concentrate, thus I got a book for myself to read before going to sleep. It calms me down and I sleep better, too. So, all is going well. (Calm before the storm? Hopefully not!)

Day 4/40

I must admit that there are times when I am thinking of entering the 'dark side'. However, today I have had a very busy day, so I am pretty sure that my day will end early in bed. No urges so far, and I am still counting. 4 out of 40! I bet the temptation will hit me hard soon...

Day 5/40

I keep motivating myself to continue this challenge, as I know the reward is going to be sweet at the end. Having said that, I kept myself busy with different kind of activities to make sure there is no room for pointless thoughts about mb.

I must all is going well so far!

Day 14/50

So, it's been two weeks so far.

I've noticed some more precum from all the horniness that hits me up now and then. Other than that, everything seems to be going fine. I have tried to AB few more times in the past, and I used to fail a lot. At the moment I do feel determined and encouraged, because I know how good it feels to experience a WD.
I even started taking cold showers sometimes, to refresh myself and quit thinking of porn. I must say it works

Today I am on my 16th day.
Feels really good. I was planning to ab for 30-40 days, but I think I went 30 in 2015 or so, thus this time I have decided to extend my challenge to 50 days.
During the first two weeks I had many ups and downs, and often there was an urge to edge a little. Few times I experienced blue balls. In those cases I went to take a hot bath or a shower, or went for a walk. Little bit of exercising can also help with easing the pain, I must say.
For the time being I am aiming to quit MB completely, including edging and stopping right before E. 90% of the cases I can achieve some semen leak, if I am totally aroused. However, let‘s be honest, few waves of pleasure while edging are not as good as experiencing a full, wet and messy unload.

I hope I can reach my objective of 50 days without MB, as a personal sort of achievement. I am doing my best.

Day 18/50

All I can report about today is that I have slept excellently and woke up being cheerful and well-rested. It's pity that I forgot my dream as soon as I got up.

The day has been calm with no urges at all. I drink a fair amount of water to stay hydrated, exercise and force myself to go to sleep at the right time. Getting enough sleep does actually make my daily routine a lot easier.

I know that sometimes it can taken longer than 50 days for a WD to occur, thus I am curious whether 50 days are going to be enough for me to experience it. I am hoping for the best. Greetings!
