I originally bought a 3 pack Adidas boxer briefs (17.99 Canadian) from Costco back in end of 2015, early 2016. They are "sports performance boxers briefs". Bought them for workouts. Wore cotton briefs before then and often got drenched during workouts especially in spring and summer when it is warm. Bought these to test them out as I heard good things from them from people in a Canadian forum who were buying them as well. Worked great for workouts. Felt like a "second skin". Soft, kept you cool and a good fit (I've tried other workout boxer briefs before and compression shorts and they always felt awkward, tight or made you hot). I learned to love them. They dry really fast and by the time my cool down stretches are done, I'm dry. I started using them just for workouts, changing back into cotton briefs afterwards.

I also started wearing them entire days on hot summer days if I'm doing a lot of walking (1.5-2 hour walks or hikes). Often would get drenched on my back and briefs. Then I was reading in the forums a lot of people were simply wearing them all the time because they were that comfortable. So by Summer of 2016 I picked up more packs at Costco and started rotating them in not every day, but at least half of the week. By the Fall I was dreading days when I wore regular cotton briefs / boxer briefs, so I started trying to wear them daily. I went back to Costco to stock up and visited 3 locations to find they aren't carried anymore (or at least from what some said in the forums, they have periods when they get a shipment and then once they are gone, it could be 1+ year plus before you see them again).

Now with regards to size. I'm 5'7" 135lbs, wear a 31" jean. Underwear normally anywhere from S - L depending on make and tightness, etc. I started out buying a medium back. Found they were perfect for me especially during workouts. People in the forums were suggesting 1 size up if you are going to wear them all day. Others with same height were buying mediums. On me a medium is definitely loose. If I pop a boner, I get a tent. I did buy a pack of small and found they fit you more like they were intended, as a "sports underwear". Not compression, but holds more snug and when you workout and get build up moisture, feels more like a second skin. No chaffing etc. If I pop a boner, it shows and gets held in place like you would expect from a "sports performance" underwear. So in reality, small is more ideal for workouts, medium for everday.

When I started hunting for stock of these in Fall 2016 when I noticed Costco didn't have them anymore, I found some more facts. I'll list them for you:
- big department stores (Simons, Hudson's Bay, etc) but expenseive $36 for a two pack. Nearly double price for 1 pair less. but these department stores often have buy 1 get one 50% off sales etc. They always well stocked, popular item. Hudson's Bay store in Toronto had 3 racks full of all different sizes and colours, probably easily 150 packs.
- winners / marshals carry them at times, very hit and miss on size -- $19.99 for a two pack, often red tagged down to $10 during clearance, but they are very popular so popular locations will sell out quick of the good sizes and never make it to this. I started checking out some of the popular winners stores and when I hit a store that was freshly stocked, they'd have probably 100 packs (2 large stands) full, with probably 20 packs of small and 20 packs of medium. Visit 1 week later and they'd hardly have any left of medium and no small (often lots of large and XL)
- adidas store carries tons of stock but always full retail price
- adidas outlet store carries it, usually 20% off

I pop into my local Winners that is less frequented on a weekly basis and check out the underwear section and if I see any small or medium when they get to red tag, I pick up. Started doing this in January and I have managed to accumulate quite a bit. Into collecting all the colours.

A bit more details though. They have other makes too. For starters, outside of the standard Costco "boxer briefs", they have "trunks" and the harder to find "mid-length boxer briefs". I tried a pack of trunks and they may be more of someone else's style, but I find they ride up. My boxer briefs mediums never ride up, my small sometimes a tiny bit during workouts. Trunk small or medium I always find riding up. I located a few of the mid-length and I would find them more of a cycle short. I haven't been cycling much lately, but when I get back into it, it would be something I'd try out. They go right to the knee.

So these "sports performance" are mostly known as climalite, and the two packs have an iconic green colour (Costco 3-packs are grey but identical). So besides "boxer briefs", "mid-length" and "trunks", they also have "climacool" that also come in those three styles. These packs are black. They are the same material (polyester 91% and spandex 9% blend), but the material is woven in a "wicker" fashion. Mesh-like is best way to describe it. It's not see through or anything and they look no different but if you look close, they look "mesh-like". The same "mesh-like" material is in the crotch area on the climalite. Difference is the climacool is completely this make. Forums and people I talk to who tried both prefer the climalite. I bought a few packs to try and also favour the climalite.

Lastly, there is a "athletic stretch" version of the product. This is in a purple package. It is a 90% cotton, 10% spandex blend. Not sure exactly what the purpose of this product is. I bought a few to try out since I'm on an Adidas kick. If you workout in them, you'll get wet and stay wet due to the cotton. It has support and stretch, so if you go running, you would get great support, but if you start sweating, you'll get cold and wet. I'd go running in a climalite small for the support and dryness. I haven't gone for any summer runs yet since it isn't summer yet, but I'll be sure to try the climacool to see if it is slightly better breathing for running in hot and humid days. The "athletic stretch" version comes in "sport briefs" cut in the USA (available on Amazon Canada) so I bought to check them out. Not really seeing much of a purpose of this line of products.

When I was checking out the Adidas store, granted the people they are sales man, one of the guys came over when he saw me looking at the underwear. He started saying they were great. I started telling him about how Costco sold 3 packs for $17.99 (he was surprised and unaware). He got into saying he wears them everyday as normal underwear even though they are sports underwear. He showed me the pair he was wearing (black with red stitch). I told him I was starting wearing them daily too and showed him the blue pair from Costco. Showed him that the Costco pairs were identical but for one difference. The stitch is the same as the fabric colour, whereas normal pairs sold everywhere else, most pairs have contrasting stitching colours. He also reiterated what I had already known that the climalite green packs were the go-to ones, that the climacool didn't feel as good as everyday underwear, and stay away from athletic stretch unless you prefer cotton.

Lastly, I will end this off by saying that my adventures around, popping into Winners stores to check the underwear section, I've come across the rare time that they have "XS" and "2XS" (and if my memory recollection is correct, "3XS"). It was only from 2 lesser known locations that seemed to carry a lot of men's athletic stuff, and they were singles on hangers. The are identical material and cut as climalite, they have climalite written on them and tag. The band is different on them (show the same band as climacool). I have never seen these sizes before, no regular department store carries them, and Adidas store doesn't carry them online or instore (I was told they are older and from UK Adidas). I buy them when I see them, and because they are really small, they tend to get red tagged ($5). I've got quite a few now, and they come in all different colours too. I believe they were made more for wearing for soccer. Some have a spot "player" to write your name. Come in mid-length and boxer brief. I've started favouring these for sleep because they show off erections more easily. Mediums are worse for video capturing, smalls are fitting enough to show erections, but these are perfect. They are not overly tight and they do a good job showing off. This size is far from being all-day comfort wear, but they are perfect for this purpose.

Finally, I will end off this long rant with one more tidbit. Adidas USA has realized people are loving the climalite as all-day underwear that they have released a "relaxed" fit in the USA. Comes with a fly hole and is classified as an all-day underwear. Never got a pair since they seem to be only available in the USA, but from what I heard they are especially sports performance boxer brief with very slightly less compact fit and come with a fly hole. I'm guessing a small in relaxed fit would be identical to a medium sport performance plus a fly hole.

That's it for now..... I'm tired from this rant.

When I saw Jessieboy's videos and underwear pictures, the first thing I noticed was his underwear. I was wearing cotton boxerbriefs (Ralph Lauren etc.) then. But the texture and cut of his underwear I found so intriguing I searched in Google until I found what I was looking for. The only thing I was not sure about was the fit and sizes. So I asked Jessie and he fully answered my questions. And so I ordered them. Lots of them. :happy-bouncygreen:

In trousers and jeans I am a size 30 and so I tried M and S. S fits best and holds everything in place whereas a medium size feels more casual and comfortable. They do tend to loosen up a bit during the day anyways. After they are washed they are tight and like new again.

They feel like a second skin and there is a nice "naked" feel to them as well. Wearing them I do notice my penis more often during the day (and night) ..lol

They are the best underwear I have ever had. I must have sensed that when I saw Jessieboy`s log for the first time, as they seem to be made for me. ;)

Thanks to Jessieboy again for your help and recommendations, I am happy about that every single day when I am wearing that underwear. And that is 24/7 atm. :handgestures-thumbup:

Jessie, I noticed this too but didn't want to call you out on it lol. And Lorenzo, you look absolutely fantastic in those.

I'd suggest also looking at Obviously brand underwear. They're my go-to pair for anything non-sports related

I've always had a thing for Adidas... underwear and swimwear. They have an iconic black swimbrief with three white stripes down the side (attached) which I wore once, and had to go and buy several pairs they felt so good. The inside lining felt like a sponge and was absorbant as hell.. often jacked off into them before going in the pool and no one ever knew...
